The Dyfodol justice service is jointly funded by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service and works alongside the range of Newid services to help people access the most suitable source of help and the right time.
Dyfodol also deliver the Rapid Access Prescribing Service (RAPS) within the Newid partnership. This is an integral part of Newid, ensuring our most vulnerable people are provided with specialist interventions and holistic support. RAPS is an assertive outreach service that aims to help those who are most in need, providing non-judgemental, flexible and dynamic engagement opportunities so that people stand the best chance of getting into treatment and achieving the best possible outcomes. RAPS provides opportunities for clinical (medical) treatment as well as one to one support to promote safety and stability and to encourage and support change.
